It's like a fresh cut Christmas tree--perfect for creating holiday ornaments--or just laying in between your centerpieces, Christmas, holiday displays-any place you want to add a bit of greenery! Or, perhaps in your hands, it becomes Easter Grass, perfect for lining those beautiful baskets and then using in your project thereafter (no waste here!). Make St Patrick's Day shamrocks, Spring flower bowl fillers... We could go on and on--we bet you can too :D
**You will receive a 2 ounce mini batt of hand dyed dyed and commercially dyed wool, carded together with hand dyed Louet Icicle top (a fine, sparkly nylon fiber) and at least three different green shades of green angelina for maximum sparkle. The pictures do not do this mix justice!
Some of the ways other ways that you can use these are:
--Make tree shaped ornaments with this cookie cutter (see third photo. Cookie Cutter not
included in this listing)
--embellish your needle or wet felting endeavors
--Make fiber BEADS! Many of these "batts" are the perfect size for one or more wet felted
fiber beads for jewelry making, embellishment, ornaments and so much more! ( see last for
photo for examples of felt beads-they are easy-peasy to make and there are many tutorials on
YouTube that explain how!)
--combine them with any of our other kits to expand your color, texture possibilities
We make similar batts in red, white, silver and gold!
*All in a biodegradable, cello bag :D
*We ship/store our wool products with cedar and/or lavender. Please let us know if your allergies are an issue.
* We can accommodate larger orders if need be. Just send us a message :D
FYI: We're cat and dog friendly people, but we have a brick and mortar store/studio where our fibers are stored and prepped. Occasionally one of the cats--Fred-- gets in, but not for long. He's after the cat nip stash we keep for our felted cat toys, lolol!
We do our very best to represent our colors and textures, photographing them in a lightbox, in sunlight, with/without flash... Having said that, we hope that you'll understand that there are so many variables that will affect what you see (including monitors, climate and individual perception) and that you understand that some differences can occur.

We have a handful of wholesale accounts, but at this time, we are not looking for more. We thank you for your interest :)
The ability to customize, personalize orders is the number one reason we work mostly on a "made to order" basis. We want you to have everything just as you need/want it! We understand that this makes our shipping times slower, but we hope you will agree that we are worth the wait :)
Not always. Let us know if this is important, and we will make it happen.
It's a long, convoluted answer having to do with the fact that we offer variations of weight in our batts and other items. We pay the extra shipping on larger batts, but we have no way of setting the shipping lower on the sample sizes, so we have to meet somewhere in the middle --which is often WAY too much if you are ordering a quantity of sample batts.
And yes. We can fix it, just message us. Or.. check out and leave us a note reminding us to refund your excess shipping. Either way, we understand. We hate overpaying for shipping too :D
If we forgot them, of course we will :D
But first... take a peek on the side of the foam. 99.99% of the time, they are there, just overlooked.
We dye a very large proportion (80-90%!!) of our wool, Firestar and Silk. We're really proud of the number of colors we offer-- and we only have plans to do more. We do this because it the work we love to do, it's one of many things that we think make our work worthwhile, special. Additionally, we do not want our batts sitting in inventory, compacting from lack of use. And then... what if you want to customize the batt? We do that too :D
We make our batts to order because we make them for you. We think they are worth the wait and hope that you will too. Naturally, if you need something faster, let us know. We work magic, that's what we do :D
