Build or enhance your color palette using your favorite colors-and get a few samples to play and blend with too! This colorway was designed with pumpkins in mind. Growing them, carving, cooking and ... felting, spinning them!
--You'll get one ounce of hand dyed, variegated, "Pumpkin Patch" Corriedale cross fiber with 3 free samples of fiber (limit of 12) , varying in texture, color, type for your fiber project. "Pumpkin Patch" is a limited edition only available for a short time. It has more green and a greater light/dark yellow orange to burnt orange/brick contrast than our regular "Pumpkin". You can see it here: http://etsy.me/2x3z5wx
Some of the ways that you can use these are:
--supplement your existing fiber supply with just the color you need/want.
--Expand your library of color, texture without having to make a large investment in full sized fiber
batts and roving
--discover new color combinations!
--embellish your needle or wet felting endeavors
--combine them with any of our other kits to expand your color, texture possibilities
*Photos 6-8 shows you what it looks like after we dye and dry the roving. We thought it might interest you to see it before we prep the roving to send to you. It also has a good bit of color info we thought might be useful.
*All in a biodegradable, cello bag :D
*Some free samples are bigger, some smaller. We will likely pick those that look most pleasing with the color that you ordered, so no weight/quantity is guaranteed or implied with your free gift. That said, most weigh *about* .1/ounce
*We sometimes ship/store our wool products with lavender. Please let us know if your allergies are an issue.
*Our products are photographed in varying lights in an effort to provide as much color info as possible. Please keep in mind that all monitors display color differently.
We have, on average, over 50-60 rovings and 50+ batts to choose from—check us out!

Frequently Asked Questions
We have a handful of wholesale accounts, but at this time, we are not looking for more. We thank you for your interest :)
Custom and personalized orders
The ability to customize, personalize orders is the number one reason we work mostly on a "made to order" basis. We want you to have everything just as you need/want it! We understand that this makes our shipping times slower, but we hope you will agree that we are worth the wait :)
Does your roving come in one, continuous piece?
Not always. Let us know if this is important, and we will make it happen.
Why is the shipping so high? Can you fix it?
It's a long, convoluted answer having to do with the fact that we offer variations of weight in our batts and other items. We pay the extra shipping on larger batts, but we have no way of setting the shipping lower on the sample sizes, so we have to meet somewhere in the middle --which is often WAY too much if you are ordering a quantity of sample batts.
And yes. We can fix it, just message us. Or.. check out and leave us a note reminding us to refund your excess shipping. Either way, we understand. We hate overpaying for shipping too :D
You forgot my felting needles. Will you send them?
If we forgot them, of course we will :D
But first... take a peek on the side of the foam. 99.99% of the time, they are there, just overlooked.
Why does it take 10-14 days to mail a batt?
We dye a very large proportion (60-75%!!) of our wool, Firestar and Silk. We're really proud of the number of colors we offer-- and we only have plans to do more. We do this because it the work we love to do, it's one of many things that we think make our work worthwhile, special. Additionally, we do not want our batts sitting in inventory, compacting from lack of use. And then... what if you want to customize the batt? We do that too :D
We make our batts to order because we make them for you— and we make a LOT of them, so there is usually a line when you order as well. We think they are worth the wait and hope that you will too. Naturally, if you need something faster, let us know. We work magic, that's what we do :D
